even more fun can be had by playing the video below (from a work by Richard Serra, entitled Hand Catching Lead together with the tracks called Hand Catching Lead 1, 2, and 3 by Core of the Coalman (from the now long out of print recording Precambrian Figures from Unverified Records in Scotland).
its seems there is actually a longer version of Serra’s film that combines Hand Catching Lead with Hands Scraping, a work orignally made with Philip Glass, I think (and I think both were made in 1968). Does anyone have any information about this? This version can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVHcSXPfb_M , and renders my lackluster attempt to make a soundtrack irrelevant, as is probably appropriate.
